A Shoe company celebrates its brand with a press release focusing on its number one customer- women of all ages.
Naturalizer, Feeling Good for 15 Years
If women had a perfect solemate, it would be Naturalizer. It takes care of a woman’s feet like a lover, bringing out the best in style, comfort and function.
In the Philippines, Naturalizer opened its first store in 1993 at Shangri-La Edsa Plaza Mall in Mandaluyong City. At present, it has 16 branches nationwide including stores in Cebu, Davao and Cagayan de Oro.
On its 15th year in the country, Naturalizer celebrates its roots, success and its plans for an exciting future in the shoe retail scene. It honors the brand’s original promise to deliver feminine, stylish, comfortable shoes in a manner that is relevant to the busy lifestyle of today’s woman whether at work or at play.
The brand has been a popular choice among women from all stages of life who wants to look good, and also feel good all day. Before Naturalizer came into the picture, women’s feet suffered in the name of being stylish. Comfort and fashion seemed impossible to attain until the footwear revolution came along.
Brown Shoe, a $2.3 billion footwear company with global operations, launched the women’s footwear line in 1927 with the radical idea of combining current fashion with comfort features. The brand’s official launch came with powerful results and started a sense of new found freedom and expression for the modern woman: Feminine, strong, versatile and exquisite in taste.
From casual, dress, athletic, boots, sandals and limited collections, Naturalizer perfected the art of knowing what women want when it comes to shoes. The first Naturalizer specialty store opened in Jamaica, New York followed by a rapid growth of its own retail stores and department stores in the United States.
The height of the brand’s success came with the growth of expectations. In 1980, Naturalizer injected styles inspired by Europe’s high fashion led by Brown Shoe. Apart from skyrocketing sales, Naturalizer was named Brand of the Year in 2001 by Footwear News, a top publication in the footwear industry. Having established itself as a worldwide brand, Naturalizer then launched NaturalSport, a subbrand of athletic and leisure shoes; and Naturalizer Signature, a line of luxury women’s shoes available online and in selected store locations.
