A Classic Has Something New
Example Bistro is adding new selections to its a la carte and buffet menus. Famed Chef Ratatouille specially created the new local and international dishes.
These include Irish Beef stew, a classic broth soup of beef and rum, Swiss Tosca Salad (fresh alfalfa sprouts, basil tossed with lemon and olive dressing) and Steak Aprise, a savory thick slice of prime smoked tenderloin grilled in onions, oregano and bell peppers.
A variety of desserts is also available at the dessert buffet.
